First Time

I remember a time when diaries were kept under lock and key; one's innermost thoughts were private. Now the opportunity to share my feelings with anyone willing to read them is here! Of course today (well right now at least), I have writer's block... not a thought about anything. I'll have to sit, and think some more.

  1. Think think think! The first time is always the hardest. Once you get going, your thoughts will start flowing unheeded!

  2. Hey it's your sis!! I am really glad that you have decided to share your thoughts. In response to your laundromat experience I have the same reaction when I take like four loads of laundry to our laundromat. It is always a fun little guessing game. Which washers and dryers are actually going to do their job. I am always completely blown away when all my clothes come out clean and dryed, it doesn't happen often. Anywho I never go out for breakfast it is completely over rated. It is always greasy and makes my stomach churn after eating it. I can cook at home and skip out on the lard. Well I finished all my homework before the weekend so I can spend time with my hubby and awesome son. You know I started feeling guilty about going to school because it is putting a strain on the finances with daycare and having to fill my car up with gas and other things, but then I stopped and thought wait a minute everyone else gets to do things that better themselves and I am not going to sell myself short. I deserve this and it is going to be great in the long run when I get to work in a doctor's office and make a good living for my family. I think that most women feel guilty when a decision they make turns the dynamics of their household in a different direction. Most of us don't want to disturb the natural flow of the household, like the old saying if its not broke then don't try to fix it. Although I think sometimes things need to be shaken up and changed. People tend to get complacent and lazy. I do like things to have a certain same old same old flow of things but it is always fun to throw it off every noww and then. I think it makes us grow and learn about the ones we love that support us in these life changes. Well thats all for right now. I looke forward to hearing more of your thoughts.
